I make reference to a letter by Mr Freddie Kissoon, titled ‘I have no control over the publication of letters’ (Sunday Stabroek, Mar 4). That is not the information I obtained from KN staff following recent enquiries unless Mr Kissoon was removed as letters editor recently.
Several letters of mine were not published in Kaieteur News over the last several months. When I queried why with the Editor-in-Chief as well as other editors and members of the staff, they advised me to speak with Mr Kissoon who they all said has been serving as letters editor for about a year. So his claim that he has no control over what is published does not hold water.
