Dear Editor,
Is honesty possibly an outdated value in Guyana?
I refer to a simple incident.
On Thursday 21, June, in consequence of his interest in a Comic Book I was reading in a hire car, I allowed a young man to have a look at it.
He disembarked without returning the book valued by me as a collectible item, a significant loss to me.
A simple matter but I am motivated to ask, “Whom can you trust in this country?”
