Dear Editor,
reside at Non Pareil on the East Coast of Demerara and dutifully pay my rates and taxes at the beginning of each year and I would expect to receive services from the Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC), but unfortunately, they have not visited my area for the year 2018.
My drains are now clogged and I would have to resort to paying to have them cleared.
This morning, as I left my home for work, my bridge and the front of my yard was already inundated.
I would be grateful if someone from the NDC could advise when it is likely to expect person(s) to clear and dig the drains in this area.
