Dear Editor,
I happened to be in a vehicle and as I was passing, I just couldn’t help but notice this individual conducting his chores and I believe a great lot can be learnt from this ‘Kodak Moment.’…This was around mid-morning on Regent St., on November 1, 2018.
Many will only see a ‘Physically Challenged’ human sweeping the road and perhaps earning a few dollars. However, I see this human in the photo provided as an inspiration and total respect is extended to him.
