Ramdhani bags gold at Jack Underhill Open

Canada-based Guyanese, Narayan Ramdhani won a gold medal at the Jack Underhill Open men’s singles tournament over the weekend.

The Olympic prospect, who was recently awarded a Guyana Olympic Association stipend, bettered his last year campaign where he copped bronze at the Vancouver Rackets Club, Vancouver BC, Canada event.

According to reports, Ramdhani’s improvement is based on the high-quality training he is receiving at Shuttlesport Badminton Academy in Vancouver.

Ramdhani also participated in the Open men’s doubles where he partnered  Zach Fan to a bronze medal.

Ramdhani also won a gold medal at  the Under-23 men’s singles at the 2017 VRC Remembrance day Open in Canada.
