Kobras Basketball Club completed a 2-0 sweep of Bartica All-Stars, during their exhibition tour in Region #7 on Saturday and Sunday.
In the opening match of the series at the Bartica Community Centre court, Kobras defeated Bartica All-Stars 62-43. Travis Burnett top scored with 24 points while Jermaine Slater and Rodwell Fortune added 20 and 18 points respectively.
For the All Stars, J. Fraser tallied 18 points, while D. Ferrier and R. Scott chipped in with nine and seven points respectively. In the second fixture, Kobras downed Bartica All-Stars 49-39.
R. Fortune led the visitors with 17 points while Burnett and Slater assisted with 14 and 12 points each.
For the All Stars, K. Moore, J. Fraser, D. Ferrier and R. Scott netted 14, 12, seven and six points correspondingly.
