The Demerara Cricket Club yesterday booked their spot in the final of the Georgetown Cricket Association/ New York/ Tri-State U19 tournament after beating the New York U-19 by 47 runs at the Georgetown Cricket Club.

Batting first on a good surface and a lush outfield DCC posted 206 from their 50 overs.

They then dismissed the New York side for 159.
