It was another winless day for Guyana’s squash players who are currently participating in the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast Australia.
Competing in the mixed doubles category Jason Ray-Khalil and Mary Fung – A – Fat surrendered to Pakistan’s Tayyab Aslam and Madina Zafar 6-11, 9-11.
In men’s doubles action, Khalil and Sunil Seth was defeated by Scotland’s Greg Lobban and Alan Clyne 3-11, 3-11 while Fung – A – Fat and Taylor Fernandes were also on the wrong side of the winner’s row, going down to Australians Donna Urquhart and Rachael Grinham 2-11 in both their sets.
Seth and Khalil will today take on Zambia’s Kelvin Ndhlovu and Manda Chilambwe in another pool B match.
