Syngonium Podophyllum commonly called Arrowhead Vine and Butterfly Plant originated in Mexico and America and has adapted well in the Caribbean.
Arrowhead Vine is a climbing vine and can be grown as an excellent houseplant. It has several varieties and the main differences are the extent of the variegated markings of either cream or green and white. Some leaves are almost white, green or pink with the markings. The unusual shape of the leaves, almost like a heart, changes as the plant matures.
Stake Arrowhead Vine when planted and train it to climb. It can grow as tall as 5ft if trained. It can also be grown in a hanging basket.
Fertilize with Miracle Gro All Purpose Plant Food once every 2 weeks.
