American charged with forging will granted $50,000 bail

An American accused of forging a will, claiming it was issued by the Ministry of Legal Affairs, was granted bail on Friday, after the charge was read to him at a city court.

The charge read by Magistrate Leron Daly, alleged that on March 2, 2018, at Georgetown, Michael Ross, with intent to defraud, forged a declaration purporting to show that same was issued by the Public Trustee Office.
