The Guyana Police Force says that from yesterday, Charlotte Street running East to West, between Shiv Chanderpaul Drive and Oronoque Street was converted into a one-way street for west bound traffic.
No vehicle will be allowed to proceed East on Charlotte and beyond Oronoque Street.
