(Trinidad Express) A motion calling on the Prime Minister to take action against Chief Justice Ivor Archie is to be debated in the House of Represen-tatives.
The motion brought by Oropouche East MP Dr Roodal Moonilal asks the House “to call upon the Prime Minister to trigger Section 137 of the Constitution and forthwith advise the President that the question of removing the Chief Justice ought to be investigated”.
