T&T Scotia boss: No one’s happy with forex situation

(Trinidad Express) Nobody is happy with the foreign exchange (forex) situation in T&T, said the head of the local operations of Scotiabank, at the bank’s launch of its digital banking platform at the Hyatt Regency on Wrightson Road in Port of Spain on Wednesday evening.

Asked about forex, Scotiabank senior vice president and managing director Stephen Bagnarol said: “So forex is something that, since day one I’ve been here, it’s an issue and it continues to be an issue. I will say though, every US dollar supply we get, we give it right back to our customers.
