Dear Editor,
When I read an article published recently in one of the daily newspapers which contained comments by Dr. Jan Mangal, I was reminded of an apocryphal definition of a category of professionals. The definition is as follows; “Those professionals start with unwarranted assumptions and arrive at foregone conclusions”.
As lawyers are wont to say: “And further I say not”.
