GBBFFI AGM now tomorrow at Giftland Mall

-Marks, Bess to tussle for top spot

In an effort to facilitate maximum participation, the Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Inc. (GBBFFI) has pushed back its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of office bearers to tomorrow at the Giftland Mall.

Initially scheduled for today, tomorrow’s activities get underway at 11:00hrs at the Giftland Mall admin building.

According to a release from incumbent President, Coel Marks, a robust interaction with fans of the sport is expected. Marks who told Stabroek Sport that he would not be seeking re-election, has had a change of heart and will be running again for the top post.

Marks stated in the release that he also expects participants to attend and ventilate all concerns that may linger. 

“It will be a great day for exchanging ideas to aid in the propulsion of the sport in Guyana.”

Affiliation fee to participate in the electoral process is $1000.

Former President, Keavon Bess is also expected to run for the presidential post.
