Guyana Football Federation [GFF] President Wayne Forde and Executive Committee Member Ryan Farias yesterday participated in the 34th CONCACAF Ordinary Congress, held at the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.

According to a release from the GFF, one of the main agenda items during the one-day forum was the election of several CONCACAF officials where incumbent President Victor Montagliani was re-elected.

“Guyana was pleased to support the re-election of President Montagliani and wishes him well as he continues to invest in the growth of our game across the Confederation,” Forde stated in the release.

“The CONCACAF Ordinary Congress is an important business meeting in which Guyana is always honoured to participate in the decision-making process that continues to shape the future of the game in our region, under the One CONCACAF vision of President Victor Montagliani,” he added.

Among the notable attendees at the forum was FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
