Dillon Mahadeo did it again.

On the steaming asphalt of the National Park tarmac, the CrossFit 592 standout once again out ran, out lifted, out jumped and outlasted his worthy challengers to be once again crowned with the prestigious title of the fittest man in the 592.

It was his fourth title since the CrossFit style event started five years ago. He placed second in the inaugural edition.

This year however, a tireless Mahadeo (15 points) was in a league of his own, dominating the five rounds of challenges and the 19 human obstacles on his way to collecting another ‘Guyana’s Fittest Man’ trophy.

Surinamese, Ava Zalman (22 points) brought her talents over to the border and relegated former champions, Semonica Duke (26 points) and Dolice Adonis (29 points) who finished closely behind when the event ended under the floodlights. (Emmerson Campbell photo)

Kelvin Baul (56 points) and Omisi Williams (57 points) completed the podium in a fierce duel.

It was much more closer in the female category.

Surinamese, Ava Zalman (22 points) brought her talents over to the border and relegated former champions, Semonica Duke (26 points) and Dolice Adonis (29 points) who finished closely behind when the event ended under the floodlights.
