Guyana Police Force [GPF] recorded their first win in the GFF Elite League, arresting Victoria Kings 2-0 yesterday at the Eve Leary ground.
First half goals from Darren Benjamin and Winston Tanner in the 22nd and 42nd minute secured the win for the lawmen. Meanwhile, Buxton United and Ann’s Grove battled to a scoreless draw.
The event will resume on Thursday at the GFC ground, Bourda. Ann’s Grove will engage Western Tigers at 18:30hrs, with Fruta Conquerors taking aim at Buxton United from 20:30hrs.
