Milo scores points decision win over McKenzie

…as Winfield Brathwaite Caribbean Schoolboys boxing championships commence

The fourth edition of the Winfield Brathwaite Caribbean School Boys and Juniors Tournament got off to a scorcher Friday evening at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall. 

There were eight scheduled bouts, six local and two international. 

In one of the bouts Friday night, Jaqwan Milo scored a points victory over countryman Jeron Mc Kenzie. The three-night annual fixture which has attracted international boxers from Barbados (1), Cayman Islands, (2) Dominica, (1),Grenada (1),Trinidad and Tobago (5) and St Lucia (2) concludes today. 

The official opening ceremony took place last night at 18:00hrs.
