Dear Editor,
The front page headline made much of ‘Toddler drowns while parents attend PPP rally’ (GC Monday, Jan 20).
Something is inherently and patently wrong when we would seek cheaply to sensationalize with a political slant a distressing incident.
It begs the question whether the same unfortunate situation may not have occurred were the parents out attending to other matters aside from a political rally?
Poor judgement was on display all around.
