(Trinidad Express) Wayne Baptiste is scheduled to appear before an Arima Magistrate on Thursday, charged with murdering his neighbour Adolphus David on September 3.
Baptiste, 64 of Olton Trace Extension, Arima, is accused of strangling the 55-year-old David to death after they got into an argument last Thursday.
He was arrested on the same day, and was charged for the offence on Wednesday after advice from Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard SC.
The charge was laid by PC Ramdial of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region 2.
