Aim for overall fitness

It is well known that exercise sharpens the brain. Several studies have been done on the link between fit bodies and healthy brains. In fact, older folks are constantly being urged to exercise and stay fit not just to live longer but also to boost their cognitive function.

I honestly believe that this also works in the reverse. If you take the time to feed and boost your brainpower, your body will respond better. One of the great ways to do this is by reading every day, but embracing positivity also helps as well.

That being said, I just want to say to everyone reading this to appreciate everything you have. Nothing will be the same in a year. Amazing things are coming your way. Trust the process. That old energy is clearing, new energy is entering.

Things change, we change, everything changes and in six months from now, you can be in a completely different space physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Keep believing in yourself, keep striving and stay patient, we will get there.

Work on the things people can’t take away from you. Things like your mindset, character, personality, transparency, and outer strength. Investing in your entire being is what will give you the most profitable income ever.

Personal development is a major time saver, and the better you become, the less time it takes you to achieve your goals and work on your mental health.

Mental health is probably the most important aspect of all our lives and for many of us it has been sorely tested during this year.

Since I have had my share of battles over the years, I have some advice which I hope you will also find useful:

1. Don’t let fear hold you back – We are a lot stronger than we think, 73% of all situations we fear or feel insecure about, turn out positively.

2. Lift weights – My bread and butter. There are so many successes related to lifting weights, as we become stronger, better, faster, more secure, and healthier. It breeds successful and good feelings inside of us which are proven to improve confidence and self-worth.

3. Educate yourself – Knowledge is power, for everything we learn our knowledge builds up and brings confidence within ourselves.

4. Don’t worry about the opinion of others – Love yourself, your looks, opinion, and figure. Be the best you, do you and do the things that benefit you and your mental health; the rest is irrelevant.
