Thirty persons were yesterday confirmed positive for COVID-19 according to the Ministry of Health’s dashboard.
Twenty of yesterday’s new cases are from Region 10.
Presently 9 persons are patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 43 in institutional isolation, 621 in home isolation, and 17 in institutional quarantine.
So far Guyana has recorded 5,973 COVID cases from 34,498 persons who were tested.
The death toll remains at 156.
