(Trinidad Guardian) A 34-year-old man from Santa Cruz was gunned down outside his home on Monday night.
According to a police report, at about 7:45 pm, Gyasi Blackford of #10 Moraldo Trace, Sam Boucaud, Santa Cruz, was last seen alive at his home by his brother.
Police were told that at about 8 pm, Blackford stepped outside his home and was fatally shot on the roadway.
The gunmen then escaped.
It is believed that the gunmen had been lurking outside Blackford’s home for a while, monitoring his movements.
