The Ministry of Health today said that as November 01, 2021, one more person who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have died. This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 926.
The latest death is that of an unvaccinated Region 10 woman, 84, who passed away on August 26.
The surveillance unit has now carried out data reconciliation and hence this death is now being reported.
