The Ministry of Health has recorded 11 new COVID-19 cases out of 2,396 tests that were done as of Monday.
Although the updated COVID-19 dashboard listed the number of new cases as 10, this newspaper confirmed that there were 11 new cases based on the updated tally for each region with new cases. In addition, Region Seven’s cases were listed as amounting to 2,422 on Monday while as of yesterday the number was given as 2,421
The dashboard yesterday also showed 175 persons in home isolation, 13 in institutional isolation, and four persons in the COVID-19 Intensive care Unit (ICU).
The total number of local COVID-19 deaths remained at 1,225.
