(Trinidad Guardian) The reputed leader of the Unruly Isis gang in Chaguanas has been shot and killed.

Guardian Media understands that Dave Junior Nesbit, aka Abdul Malik, was killed around 10 pm at his Enterprise home.

Nesbit was among three men who were charged with the 2015 murder of Amos Dick.

Nesbit, Malcom Quintin and Adrian Clarke were freed of the charge in the High Court last October.

Less than a month later, on November 22, 2021, Clarke was gunned down outside his Enterprise home.

Just last month, another member of the Unruly Isis gang, Avinash “Kysis” Seepersad, was also shot dead.

Seepersad, who was also known by the Islamic name of Abdul Wakeel, 38, of Crown Trace, Enterprise, was ambushed at John Street on May 29. Seepersad had reportedly gone to a shop near his home and was walking back when a car pulled up alongside him and the occupants opened fire on him. He was later found bleeding at the side of the road.

Police also once named Seepersad as the leader of the Unruly Isis gang.
