Classic Ball Blasters (CBB) dismissed Pakuri Warriors 2-0 in straight sets to win the Demerara Volleyball

Association (DVA) sanctioned Lenny Shuffler birth anniversary Women’s Championship at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, Homestretch Avenue yesterday.

CBB secured the first set following a commanding 25-13, before closing out the match 25-22 to clinch the title. With the win, CBB walked away with the championship trophy, with the loser pocketing the respective accolade.

On the individual side, Leam Davis of CBB walked away with the Most Valuable Player (MVP), and Best Attacker accolades. CBB also copped the Best Setter award, which was won by Leanna Miller. In the third place playoff, Castrol defeated Eagles via walkover.
