Dynamic FC brushed aside hosts Buxton Stars by a 3-0 score line when the East Demerara Football Association (EDFA) Senior Men’s League continued on Monday evening at the Buxton Community Centre, ground.

Quason McAulay commenced the rout in the sixth minute with a penalty conversion. It was a clinical finish from the distance, as the lanky McAulay fired his effort past the diving goalkeeper into the back of the net.

The lead was quickly doubled in the 22nd minute, as Teon Stewart made his presence felt. It was a moment of individual quality, as Stewart uncorked a thunderous right-footed shot from outside the 18-yard box which nestled into the roof of the goal.

The eventual result was then sealed in the 65th minute, as McAulay completed his brace. Racing onto a through pass, McAulay, upon sprinting away from his marker, slotted past the advancing goalkeeper into the far corner.

The event continues tonight at the same venue with another round of matches. At 19:00hrs, Melanie will lock horns with Airy Hall, while the feature contest will pit Victoria Kings against Haslington from 21:00hrs.
