Beacons and Wolves United battled to a 1-1 stalemate when the Bartica division of the Namilco u17 Boys Football League continued on Wednesday evening.
Staged at the Bartica Community Centre ground, Beacons seized the initial lead following a scoreless first half, compliments of a Kobe Jones conversion in the 50th minute. The lead was eventually extinguished in the 66th minute, as Victor Jones found the back of the net. The tournament continues today at the same venue with another round of fixtures. At 18:00hrs, Beacons will oppose Lazio whilst Potaro Strikers will engage Mil Ballers at 20:00hrs.
