Space Gym 2.0 support for Kares CrossFit C/ships

The Kares CrossFit Caribbean Championship, set for April 15-16 at the National Aquatic Centre and the National Park, continues to garner support from the corporate community.

Space Gym 2.0, located in the Royal Orchid Mall on Mandela Avenue is the latest business entity to partner with the event which will see over four million in cash and prizes being handed out to the gladiators.

Yesterday, a representative of Space Gym 2.0, Jennifer Thomas presented the gym’s sponsorship package to the event’s organizer, Jamie McDonald for the successful hosting of the two-day competition which will see in excess of 40 athletes including the best in the sport from six nations vying for supremacy.

“We would like to wish all the athletes every success and while there would be a winner in the male and female categories, all the athletes are winners at the end of the day ”

McDonald conveyed the appreciation of the organisers to Thomas, noting that their partnership is well appreciated.

Headlining Guyana’s challenge would be Dillon Mahadeo, the five-time Guyana Men’s RX CrossFit champion, while on the distaff side, three-time RX CrossFit champion, Delice Adonis will be throwing down the gauntlet to her Caribbean rivals.

The event would be hosted by Timeka Marshall, while tickets are already on sale at Fitness Express, Kares CrossFit, and Lotus Hardware.

General admission is G$1000; VVIP tickets will cost G$5,000, while children under-12, would be admitted free.
