Three days after it was reported that 27-year-old Shamar Frank Wilson had collided with a dog and died, a man is now in police custody assisting with the investigation after video footage showed that he collided with Wilson.
Regional 4 ‘A’ Commander, Assistant Commissioner Simon McBean confirmed that the man had been arrested and is in police custody assisting with investigations.
