Nandlall downplays finding by CJ over $4.5b spending

Attorney General Anil Nandlall this evening downplayed a finding by Chief Justice Ian Chang on Friday that $4.5b in expenditure last year by the government was illicit, arguing that the only matter that was before the court was an application for a conservatory order to stay spending by the government this year.
