Venezuelan delegation apologises for entry breach – Luncheon

Head of the Presidential Secretariat, Dr Roger Luncheon at his weekly post-Cabinet press briefing today, said that the Venezuelan delegation that crossed into Eteringbang, Cuyuni/Mazaruni last month has offered an apology for the breach in the agreement under which they were allowed to enter the country.

Gov’t hands over new homes to Region One families

Eight families from Manawarin, Region One yesterday received keys to their new homes as part of the Housing Ministry’s Hinterland Housing Pilot project under the second Low Income Settlement Programme (LIS-2), the Government Information Agency reported.
