At about 1430h yesterday, police say that a mining pit caved in at Warrenbu, NWD, killing miner Seckou Adams, 33 years, of Den Amstel, WCD.
The police say that the body is at the Port Kaituma Hospital Mortuary awaiting a PME as the investigations continue.
