A Buxton resident was yesterday granted $150,000 bail after he was charged with forging an agreement of sale.
Ellsworth Ganeshdin, of Lot 89 Middle Walk Road, Buxton, East Coast Demerara, pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read by Magistrate Ann McLennan.
It was alleged at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts that between November 1, 2010 and October 31, 2011, Ganeshdin, with intent to defraud, forged an agreement of sale,
