The driver involved in the fatal accident at Woodley Park, West Coast, Berbice was granted his pre-trial liberty in the sum of $300,000 when he appeared at the Reliance Court yesterday.
The court heard that around 7:35 pm on August 3, Iqbal Laceman, 36, drove motorcar PKK 7500, resulting in the death of Eson Ritch, 39, of Lichfield.
