A mechanic was yesterday placed on $100,000 bail for allegedly removing $324,800 worth in items from a car he was left to look after. Prakash Arjune, 33, of 18 Seaforth Street, Campbellville allegedly removed two park lights, a front grill and two computer boxes from PDD 2266, the car of Victor James. Arjune pleaded not guilty to the charge and will return to court on March 7.
