Pipes not being laid correctly engineer says

The pipe-laying in Kingston, in preparation for a US$52 million hotel investment, is not being done to engineering specifications and poses a potential danger to the integrity of Battery Road and the pipeline itself, one prominent engineer has said.

A long pipe is being buried beneath the length of Battery Road, Kingston to channel sewage into the seabed.
