I was so disturbed reading your report of Sir James Mitchell’s lecture headlined “Racial tensions here cry out for redress “. Was he reading a PNCR lecture? Where was Caricom during 28 yrs of PNC rigging the elections, jailing people for speaking out, assassination of Dr Rodney, dominance of government jobs and so on.
