Magistrate Tejnarine Ramroop ordered that a teenager, charged with attempted murder and robbery with aggravation, be placed in custody at the Blairmont Police Station when he appeared before him at the Blairmont Court on Monday.
It is alleged that on March 27 at Woodley Park, West Coast Berbice the 14-year-old together with an adult, Keshan Evans who is still on the run, unlawfully and maliciously wounded Chandrawattie “Dolly” Ramsaroop with intent to commit murder.
