A 14-year-old boy who stole a man’s bicycle was on Wednesday kept in custody when he was taken before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
On April 14 at Durban Backlands the teenager stole a bicycle worth $12,000. However, he explained to the court that he “borrowed” the bicycle without seeking the owner’s permission to buy some cigarettes.
