On Monday the Governments of Guyana and Brazil will sign a cooperation agreement on defence during the visit here of Brazil’s Minister of Defence.
Head of the Presidential Secretariat and Cabinet Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon said the agreement is part of a long-standing and mature relationship between the two governments, the Government Information Agency reported.
