Defence to make closing arguments in pit bull attack case

After about six months before the court, the case against Vilton Bourne, the owner of two pit bulls who attacked and seriously injured a man as he was jogging near Well Road, North Ruimveldt, is coming to an end.

When the matter resumes on May 21, the defence is expected to give closing arguments. Attorney-at-law Ronald Burch-Smith is representing Bourne.
