A 33-year-old man was remanded to prison yesterday when he appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on three charges of carnal knowledge and one charge of indecent assault.
Benedict Williams of 33 Sussex Street, Charlestown was not required to plead to the indictable charges when Principal Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle read them to him. It is alleged that from October 1 last year to May 3, Williams indecently assaulted a female under the age of 15.
