The Everest Cricket Club ground will be a buzz of activity from 17.30 hrs today when national softball champions Scottsburg United of Corriverton and Ganesh Singh and Brothers of Crabwood Creek invade Georgetown to take on two Floodlights XI select squads in two 20-overs-a-side softball matches.
The last time these four teams clashed, which was three (3) weeks ago at the Crabwood Creek ground in a fund-raiser for the Crabwood Creek Sanatan Mandir, (approximately $500,000.00 was raised), the Berbice teams came out on top of their Georgetown counterparts.
