Former national rugby players give back to sport

At left is Peter Campayne and, at right, Alton Agard.Former national rugby player Cleon Baxter-Dennis on Friday presented a quantity of rugby equipment to the Guyana Rugby Referees Society (GRSS) and Pepsi Hornets Rugby Club.

The presentation, which took place at the Coca Cola shop on Carmichael Street, was made by Baxter-Dennis who presented equipment on behalf of himself and Stanley Corbin, another former national rugby player.

In the simple hand over, 16 Polo Jerseys and three Rugby balls were presented to president of the GRRS, Conrad Arjoon, who received them on behalf of the society.
