The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints this week handed out flood relief goods to several organisations. The beneficiaries were Chandroutie Shivpaul and the People Outreach Centre of Enterprise; Mr Benn and the Linden Care Foundation; Beni Singh and the Divine Charitable Foundation of Enmore; Bonnie and the village of Laluni; Savita Ramsahai and the Rice Producers Association of Crane and Success; Teacher Shireen and Wakenaam; Showkat Alli and Aurora, Essequibo; Ashti Basdeo and Woodley Park Village; the NGO flood relief effort; Kids First Fund; Davika Janack and Black Bush Polder; Jennifer Camacho and the United Women for Special Children.
