Smashed: This car, PLL 5459, collided with a truck at the corner of Second Avenue and Sixth Street, Bartica yesterday afternoon. Harricharran (left) the driver of the car said that he was proceeding south along Second Avenue when the truck sped across the Avenue, heading east on Sixth Street and collided with him. Passers-by said that the driver of the truck was wrong stating that Harricharran had the “right of way”. They noted that before reaching Second Avenue on Sixth Street, there was a stop sign. No one was injured in the incident. The police arrived on the scene shortly after.
