House on the go – typical scene on the Corentyne! This house, mounted atop a trailer attached to this truck was being transported along the Corentyne on Wednesday when it got stuck between these steel structures at Number 66 Village. A policeman, partly hidden at right, had to instruct the driver to reverse so as to make way for a smooth flow of traffic. A few men were also seen busily knocking a section of the roof in so it could pass and a few zinc sheets were ripped off in the process.
